福建天利相变储能板主要利用树脂材料将相变石蜡材料分散并封闭,形成一种包含有相变石蜡材料的定形相变储能板材。该定形相变储能材料不会因相变石蜡的形态变化而产生形体变化及泄露。表面复 钢板主要其增强防护及美观作用。

主要原理:
Principle:
相变储能材料是指在其物相变化过程中,可以与外界环境进行能量交换(从外界环境吸收热量或者向外界环境放出热量),从而达到控制环境温度和利用能量目的的材料。也就是利用相变材料在温度高于相变点时吸收热量而发生相变(融化蓄热过程),使其温度不再升高或升高较少;当温度下降,低于相变点时,发生逆向相变(凝固放热过程),相变材料可以恢复原来的相结构,放热进行工作。

1、该产品相变温度为20~25℃(其他温度可根据需要指定),实际储能容量(含一定使用范围内的显热值)为120KJ/kg,储能容量高,10mm板材密度约为10kg/m2,储能1200KJ/M2;
2、产品可切割加工、不泄露、不变形,可被广泛的应用于建筑及其他领域;
3、相变原材料采用相变石蜡,循环稳定性好,无过冷及析出现象;
4、性质稳定、环境友好、使用寿命长;
5、防火安全,封闭石蜡的树脂材料耐火不燃。
