福建天利相變儲能板主要利用樹脂材料將相變石蠟材料分散並封閉,形成一種包含有相變石蠟材料的定形相變儲能板材。該定形相變儲能材料不會因相變石蠟的形態變化而產生形體變化及洩露。表面復 鋼板主要其增強防護及美觀作用。

主要原理:
Principle:
相變儲能材料是指在其物相變化過程中,可以與外界環境進行能量交換(從外界環境吸收熱量或者向外界環境放出熱量),從而達到控制環境溫度和利用能量目的的材料。也就是利用相變材料在溫度高于相變點時吸收熱量而發生相變(融化蓄熱過程),使其溫度不再升高或升高較少;當溫度下降,低於相變點時,發生逆向相變(凝固放熱過程),相變材料可以恢復原來的相結構,放熱進行工作。

1、該產品相變溫度為20~25℃(其他溫度可根據需要指定),實際儲能容量(含一定使用範圍內的顯熱值)為120KJ/kg,儲能容量高,10mm板材密度約為10kg/m2,儲能1200KJ/M2;
2、產品可切割加工、不洩露、不變形,可被廣氾的應用於建築及其他領域;
3、相變原材料採用相變石蠟,循環穩定性好,無過冷及析出現象;
4、性質穩定、環境友好、使用壽命長;
5、防火安全,封閉石蠟的樹脂材料耐火不燃。
