Phenolic Foam Pipe Sections are cost effective and better than conventional insulation materials because of various distinct properties like Low K Value, highest fire rating standards with 100% fire retardance, Correction & Chemical Resistance and tested as per BS standards.

Detailed introduction to Phenolic Foam Block and Phenolic Pipe Insulation:
1. Description
Phenolic foam block is made from phenolic resin, blowing agent and other chemical additives. It is low thermal conductivity and high fire resistance. It can be cut into pipe section and pipe support in any diameter, and insulation boards. The standard size is 1.2*1*0.8m, standard density 40kg/m3, 80kg/m3 & 120kg/m3.
Phenolic foam pipe is fabricated from rigid closed cell phenolic foam block, and protected on the outside with aluminum foil vapor barrier.

3. Packing & Shipping
1) Phenolic foam block is packed by palstick fim.
2) Phenolic foam pipe section is cut into 1meter length and packed by carton. Phenolic pipe support is usually cut into 50-100mm length and packed by carton.
